When a tile delivery issue threatened to delay the project 3 days, they somehow made it happen and the tiles were here the next day. You can tell they truly care about customer satisfaction and their reputation. Called to setup an appointment for inspection, Scott called me back right away, i was expecting to make an appointment for a future date he said he could come by that same day by 5 pm he was very knowledgeable and with a complete inspection found the problem with the leak advised with needed repairs, i gave the approval for the job thinking I'll be put on a schedule for a later date when Scott said ok we'll be here tomorrow WOW ! Scott was very involved with the whole process. I'm very happy with the service and the repair.
